陳乃強，男，1953年11月生，漢族。畢業于魯迅美術院美術系，國畫師承孫恩同，王盛烈導師，書法篆刻拜陳大羽先生為師。遼陽曹雪芹書畫院院長，遼陽市政協九屆、十屆、十一屆政協委員，中國國學會終身名譽會長，中國書法家協會會員，中國工藝美術家協會會員，中國國畫家協會理事，遼寧印社理事，遼陽市青年書法家協會名譽主席，遼陽市書法家協會顧問，遼陽市文化名人，被中國文化部、中國文聯授于世界文化藝術金獎藝術家。
